Muriwai Beach was today's destination with the sun hot and the sand black! The breakers brought out the surfers but we stayed on dry land.

farewell Oz...

Friday the 13th March -before finally saying g'bye or rather au revoir to Oz-we welcomed the entire navy fleet into Sydney...sailing past Watson's Bay. Pictures taken around 715 am -just me, Liz and the two birds!
We flew out of Sydney via Qantas airline, and Ian was waiting at Auckland airport to pick us up. Today, Saturday 14th, Ian woke us up at around 930 am to talk/see Dan, Sal, Jack and Emily via skype which was a real nice surprise -the grandkids still recognise us!! Ian and Sarah then took us to Auckland's famous sky tower where we enjoyed brunch, the fantastic views, and watching young Ethan devouring his bacon and poached eggs with gusto. Imogen also kept us entertained with her requests and strong will!

Farewell Bateman's Bay...hello Watson's Bay and Bondi

Weds 11th March we left the Bay, and first stop Ulladulla for coffee and breakfast! We're staying at the Watson's Bay Hotel and have luxury suites overlooking the Bay with views of the harbour bridge and Sydney's very own, Manhatton landscape!
En Route....at Ulladulla overlooking the harbour - more gluten free for Marg.
